Can you tell me exactly what time my order will arrive?

Once your order is in the hands of our courier we have no way of telling exactly what time it will arrive. To minimize delivery costs to our customers all deliveries are placed with our courier for delivery at a time that fits in with their delivery schedule. As general rule home deliveries are made between the hours of 7am-7pm and business deliveries are made between the hours 9am-5pm. At peak times, like Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day these times may be different.

Will you notify me once delivery has been made?

Once an order has been delivered, you will receive an email as well as an SMS. There is a lag of about 40 - 60 mins between courier company software and Floralhub software but you will notified by both when the delivery is done. Email and SMS.
