SPECIAL EVENT ORDERING INFORMATION AND FLOWER QUALITY
For any order placed less than 24 hours before a significant period (i.e Valentines Day, Mother’s day or Christmas) customers must be aware and understand that the order will be executed as an ‘open order’. This means that substitutions may need to be made in order to execute your request in time for the special occasion. Whilst every effort will be made in order to fulfill your order requirements as close to the original product picture as possible, this cannot be guaranteed. Any order placed after 02.00pm the day prior to the day of delivery, will be classified as an ‘open order’ and will be executed accordingly.

For this reason Floral Hub offers a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. If you believe that our flowers or service is not up to the standard it should be, we encourage you to contact our customer service team so that we may begin to resolve the experience for you. So that resolutions may be made as quickly and effectively as possible, we ask that any complaints are made within 48 hours of the flower delivery. Where possible we ask that you also include images of the product so that we may see the evidence of your concerns. Beyond this point it is difficult to assess the true quality of the product as it is fresh produce and will deteriorate without proper care.
In our experience most situations can be resolved with a fresh redelivery of the order, or an upgraded delivery with an apology on our behalf, however we understand that each and every situation is different and unique, and requires individual consideration. For this reason each complaint will be assessed on a case by case basis.

At Floral Hub we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services. It is important to remember that flowers are a perishable, natural product that will react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions. Floral Hub ensures that your flowers are of the freshest and highest quality and are hand selected each and everyday.
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS:
Where necessary, a specific delivery time can be requested for your order but unfortunately CANNOT be guaranteed unless prior arrangements have been made with one of our CALL CENTRE STAFF (Call1300 1555 15). Some special delivery requests may incur a surcharge. Where prior arrangements have not been made with a staff member, every effort will still be made to fulfill your request. Our standard delivery service covers business deliveries being made prior to 5pm, and residential deliveries may be delivered up until 6.30pm. For Funeral services we suggest that you contact our Call Centre staff directly to discuss your requirements.
SPECIAL EVENT DELIVERY CONDITIONS;
For Guaranteed delivery for a Special Event (i.e Valentines Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas), orders must be placed before 5.00pm AEST on the day before the order is required. Whilst every effort will be made in order to fullfill your requirements, we cannot guarantee them. In the case that delivery is unable to be made, the order will be delivered on the next available date. This is the case for Special Event periods only, otherwise our same day delivery policy applies.
DELIVERY ON WEEKDAYS
Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays: online orders placed BEFORE 12:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) for business deliveries and BEFORE 1:00 pm AEST for residential deliveries can generally be delivered the same day. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. We will endeavour to fullfill your requirements but cannot guarantee them. If a Public Holiday is selected for delivery your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day.
DELIVERY ON SATURDAY
Saturday delivery is available, although the order must be placed BEFORE 10.00 a.m. AEST on Saturday.
DELIVERY FOR SUNDAY OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Sunday delivery is available, although the order must be placed BEFORE 10.00 a.m. AEST on Sunday.
URGENT DELIVERY REQUESTS
If you require urgent delivery on a Business Day (i.e. your order is placed after the above times AEST and you require same day delivery) please call Floral Hub on 1300 1555 15 during business hours Monday to Friday and notify us of this requirement.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL – WHAT YOU HAVE ORDERED
Due to seasonal availability with certain flowers and arrangements pictured on this website may vary slightly in design or appearance to what is delivered. If a particular flower, product or container is unavailable, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted.
Some flowers are affected by delivery and freight schedules, we will endeavour to advise you should this be the case. Flower availability varies between states and sometimes within the state, the florist may use their choice of flowers to ensure your delivery is dispatched on time, for the delivery date requested.
