CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Please Note: ALL cancellations will incur an Administration and/or Processing fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.
Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 50% of the total order value.
Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a $15 administration fee.
Unfortunately, We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared, or, are with our courier for delivery.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Local Florist Delivery is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME
We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it safe to do so. If for some reason it is not safe leave we will leave a calling card and do our best to return to the address the same day, however, an additional delivery charge may apply.
OVERSEAS AND INTERSTATE RURAL DELIVERIES
Please note that some areas in some countries including remote rural areas in Australia may be classified as restricted by our delivery service. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 24-48 hours for delivery and may incur an additional delivery charge.
We endeavour to ensure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However flowers, plants, wrapping and containers are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery, our team of florists will do their upmost to substitute the product that is unavailable at the time to complement the image on the website. This policy applies so that we can ensure that the recipient receives the best possible blooms on the day of delivery This policy applies to all deliveries including regional/interstate and overseas deliveries. We reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value.
